Originally from the Asheville, NC area, Robert is the epicenter of the blues
in Creole Stomp. Having spent way too much time in many of the juke
joints and flop..er..uh..blues clubs in Mississippi, he knows the blues on a
very intimate level. Not one to shy away from dark and dangerous corners,
Robert brings a unique sense of style and musical authenticity to the band.
Also a PhD in Philosophy, with an ever present copy of the New York
Times in his hand while chugging a cup of strong coffee, Robert is always
available for some good conversation. With his talents, Robert has
reinvigorated the sound of the slide guitar and blues in Creole music.
