What can one say about "Cowboy" Jon "The Dawg" Watson other than few people
have his passion for playing music full time and being a full time dad....all in the same
day. He and Dennis set out on this musical journey over a decade ago, and thanks
to Jon's unwavering desire to perform and always keep the meaning of the music at
the center of things, Creole Stomp has become one of the leading traditional bands in
the United States. While not on the road tearing up dance floors and performances
across the country, Jon can be found at home keeping an eye on his children,
teaching some music lessons, or creating a new piece of fine furniture.
